Donegal County Council’s Economic Development Division is, in conjunction with the Industrial Development Authority  in Ireland, (IDA Ireland) collaborating on a  number of business development initiatives.

One of these is the attracting of new businesses from overseas to establish a base in Donegal from which to provide their services. We think that Donegal is a fantastic business location, with a great work life balance and an affordability for both new businesses and, more importantly, for prospective employees, given affordable housing, first class education facilities for children, a safe environment to live and grow up in and a fantastic County to explore and enjoy life in.

In that context, below please find a job specification for two roles for a target client that plans to visit Letterkenny in early October, 2019.

A key element of this clients approach to evaluating locations is to conduct interviews with prospective employees - the target client wishes to have  a number of interviews scheduled as part of the visit.

IDA Ireland and partners are seeking  to identify suitably qualified candidates  within our networks that may be seeking such opportunities in the Letterkenny / North West region.

In so doing and in the case of this specific visit,  we aim to attract another software operation to the terrific ecosystem that exists in the North West and Letterkenny.

If you or someone you know is interested in such an opportunity, please send your CV to economicdevelopment@donegalcoco.ie by Friday 20th September.

Details will be passed on to IDA who will then liaise with the target company and coordinate the scheduling of any potential interviews. Skype interviews can be facilitated for qualifying candidates.

Note: We are seeking this information in order to provide to our target client a strong list of potential candidates. We will share the information with our target client and, once the shortlisting and interviews are concluded as part of the visit, all related data received by Donegal County Council and IDA Ireland will be deleted from our records.
